Center for Counseling, Coaching and Consulting

Why Would I Need Counseling, Coaching & Consulting Services?

Academic pressure, stress, relationship concerns, adjusting to a new environment, and work, along with various other personal concerns, may impact your academic development. If this is the case for you, you may find it helpful to talk with a professionally trained counselor. Although you can handle many things on your own, sometimes a trained caring professional with a different perspective can help you deal with problems more effectively.

The Center for Counseling, Coaching and Consulting provides an opportunity for you to help identify concerns, identify strengths and develop skills to effectively address your various educational and personal goals.

If you are unfamiliar with what Coaching might do for you, check out the USA TODAY article on Colleges and Coaching.
